Iphone 4 dropped in water

hello
this weekend i dropped my iphone 4 in the toilet. I took it out immediately then the screen turned white. unknowingly i plugged the phone into charger. next day phone was dead and later I put the phone in bowl of rice for 3 days and now it wont turn on. HELP PLEASE

It's dead. Get a OoW replacement from Apple.
