Does anyone own a iPhone 4 dummy?

Were you able to remove the bottom screws and use the back plate on your iPhone 4 as a replacement?

Just curious....

Are there dummy iPhone 4's? You'd be better off buying the OEM parts from China.

yeah, tons of websites selling them for $30-$40
(cnn.cn)

I did just get off live chat with sales and asked them to release non-oem parts because $240 is to damn much for something so simple.lol

usually companies do a run of dummy phones before they start REAL production.

I'm just wondering if Apple used real screws or if they glued them together.

I checked the site and I don't think that the dummy phone is the iPHone without electronic parts.
The back panel alone in around 8x more expensive than the dummy phone. I bet that the dummy phone uses cheap plastic so you can see the dimensions of the iPhone.

I know engaget modded their iphone 4 from black to black and white, maybe they posted where they got their supplies?
