I have an iPhone 4 running iOS 4.02.
I have mail set up to get 4 accounts from my godaddy-hosted pop mail server, and to leave the messages on the server. This worked fine on my 3G iPhone, and it works fine on the new iPhone.
I will delete the messages, which still leaves them on the server. However, when I check my trash folders (sometimes I need to get one back to reply) I notice 2, 3, 4, or more copies each deleted message.
It appears that the mail app is pulling the messages multiple times and immediately putting them in the trash. These copies have the same date/time tags. This never happened on the 3G iPhone.
Anybody else notice this?
