Hi, I have an iPhone 4 and have recently showed it to my uncle who owns a Blackberry Bold. He instantly fell in love with my iPhone. I did the *639# thing on his Blackberry, and it said he wasn't eligible for iPhone 4 pricing until January 17, 2011. From what I know, anyone who is eligible for an upgrade in any day in the year 2010 can get iPhone 4 pricing. My uncle is off by 17 days. Do you think AT&T will let him slide and let him pay the $199 for a 16 GB?

Nope, but they should let him pay the $399 early upgrade price.
