iPhone 4 - erasing data and keeping JB

I should know the answer, but want to double check.
Once my 4S arrives, I will sell the 4.
It's currently JB on 4.3.3 and I don't want to lose the JB but I want clear out my data.
What is the best way to 'prep' it for sale? Just reload 4.3.3?
