Somewhat recently, my iPhone has started moving a lot slower. I'm running 4.1.

Mostly I notice it when switching apps - the phone hangs for maybe 5 seconds after switching into a new app. It also hangs somewhat frequently, at seemingly random times.

I have tried:
Doing a hard reboot
Force quitting apps
Syncing (which took forever!)

I'm strongly considering doing a clean sweep and restoring my data. Only thing is that I'm pretty sure if I restore to a recent backup, all the problems will remain. I would do a fresh factory restore but I don't want to lose all my data. (In particular, game saves.)

Any other thoughts? I'm pretty sure this is an OS/software issue. Has anyone else noticed something similar on their device?
