iPhone 4. Extracting deleted SMS from sms.db

Hello, guys!
I accidentaly deleted several hundreds of messages with my GF.
I got sms.db file from my iPhone and opened it with firefox SQL plugin - my messages are there, but there are no messages, which were deleted.
Then I opened sms.db with MS office Word and found my deleted messages.
The problem is all sms are hardly readable since in Word they are not sorted like in SQL plugin.
How can I move deleted messages to excel spreadshit?

There are programms which can extract messages from this file, but not those which were deleted.
Recently one data restore specialist offered me to extract my deleted messages for $100.
But i want to figure out how to do it myself.
