I haven't seen anything posted about this yet, so I'm wondering who else is having this annoying issue with Face time...
You're on a call using face time talking with your friend, then you get an incoming call. All a sudden your friend's video is gone, and you cannot hear or talk to them. You're faced with a screen that has two options (Accept or Decline)
If I decline I hang up on the person calling me, but I will go back talking to my friend -- of course missing the few seconds of conversation creating an annoying conversation of (Where did you go?) or by then they already hung up thinking something was wrong with the connection. Apparently during this time you are paused to them.
If I answer the call, the friend is disconnected with no warning.
You have no way of saying, "Hey, hold on a second I have a call coming in." Or even, "Hey, I have a call coming in it's going to disconnect you. I will call you back."
it's a pretty big flaw in my opinion as far as convenience. And isn't that kind of the intent of these mobile devices?
I hope they can come up with a solution to this on the next update. I understand they're using two different networks or whatever between face time and calls, so they should be able to figure out a workable solution.
I mean hell -- this phone is suppose to multitask.
