iphone 4 FAIL

so i got a pre order at BB, they told me to come at 10 am today, and i did.
when they went to upgrade my account they told me, sorry they couldn't upgrade cause its a business account....... epic faaaaail

so looks like ill have to wait til june 29th....7am lol anyone have any idea as to how many phones each store wud get?

You are just plain hard done by.
I hope you can make it.

FYI that's a best buy fail, and not an iPhone 4 fail. You shouldve tried AT&T for a business account

For some reason I don't get the vibe that you are the primary user and the owner of this business account. Is the real reason you couldn't get it because it's under your fathers name and he's on a business account?

More like you fail. It has nothing to do with iPhone, Apple, AT&T, or Best Buy. YOU fail. Know your policy next time. :)

na im the primary user. i asked the BB rep june 15th if they could upgrade my buisness account the rep said "i dont see why not" so yeah..... i guess BB fail is more like it?

and i dont understand why everyone is making jokes..... i just thought id share my story but i guess we r all bullies here next time ill know better and not make a post
 
So becuase you can not read, either the boards or the documented rules on upgrades it is a Fail? Fact is it is well documented that Business customers(not FANS) have issues and need to work with AT&T.

Sorry bout ur luck. Yes BB fail. Personally I wouldn't believe anything a BB employee says with out verification. Not that they are ALL bad. Sour grapes for me from the old rebate era before the Attorney General stepped in...

Interesting related...
The guy at the BB I stopped in yesterday was noting their lack of supply and stated the local Radio Shack had none as well. He knew because he worked there part time also.

I went to my local apple store this morning and they had iphone 4's in stock. I only had to wait about 15 mins. in line you can try calling yours if you don't want to wait.

whats the point of calling ahead if I could stay home, not call, then complain about the lack of iphones to everyone on the interwebs
