On the Main Page of MacRumors, it says that new customers will be restrained to activating only one new phone line on iPhone 4. That's bad for me, as my family is planning to get three iPhone 4's and an iPhone 3GS. Does that rule count for Family Plans, too? If so, does it count if I order it online?

Got an answer? Post it below. :D

Honestly, no one knows because at the rate AT&T is going (only one per household, no debit cards, etc.), it seems that only one person will be walking out on launch day with a phone.

In other words, they need to clarify it themselves instead of us hearing it elsewhere.

No it says that you can only pre-order one iPhone 4 if you are a new customer.

AT&T announced this on June 7. Here is the reference.

How many devices can I preorder?

AT&T stores will sell one iPhone 4 per person for new customers, and one device per household for new orders placed online. Existing customers may purchase one per eligible telephone number online or through our stores.
