I'm going up to the Apple store to get an iPhone 4 for myself. Both my wife and I are eligible for upgrades. If I went up there myself, would I be able to get phones for both of us at the same time or would she have to be there for me to get two?

Are you the primary account holder? It shouldnt be a problem if you are.
If not, then I would bring her. You might get away with just having her last 4 SSN digits, but I wouldnt risk it.
