This is my speedtest here in Manitoba on Rogers on iPhone 4. Faster than what my friends are getting on 3GS.

Yes, the iphone 4 has HSPA+ if available in your area.
Both download and upload speeds will be faster.

It's not even official yet. So there's only about 3-4 people using the tower at the moment. It'll get worse when people start using it

First time in 8 years of being a customer where I actually got cellphone service where I am right now. Finally.

I can't even reach 1MBPS in my own home. AT&T has a cell tower about a third of a mile away.
