When I take a picture in a lowlight situation and the flash goes off it makes a real bright spot on the edge of the picture every time. Is that a glitch, because I've seen some pics taken with flash that look good

So you think my phone is defective? I'm 4 hours from the nearest store and had preordered mine through apple.com. How would I get a replacement one?

I can't say for sure it's defective. Remember, the LED flash IS on the left of the lens (in the direction the lens is facing), so it's obviously a tad brighter on the left of the image because of this. If the flash catches a glass or something reflective, it can blow out the left of the image.

Try the flash against a blank wall or something else. Your pictures don't necessarily tell me something is wrong... yet.

I think its the way you are holding it, the flash is very bright and likes to reflect off fingers back into the lens. Try taking a picture with your fingers as far away from the lens as possible.
