Iphone 4 flash not turning off any suggestions?

I was having trouble with the flash not turning off on my iphone 4 a couple of weeks ago but it finally turned off by itself...Then 2 days ago it came on again and it will not turn off! I restored it as a new phone reset everything even and let the phone die and its still on even when the phone is dead! I don't get how this is even possible but any suggestions on what to do are much appreciated

Take it back to Apple and ask for a replacement.
