iPhone 4 folder problem

I have a jailbroken iPhone 4 on 6.0.1 and my folders only show the first 4 icons. When I edit my screen and go into the folder I can pull every icon out. I need help getting my folders back to normal

any folder tweaks you have installed? What about any themes?

first thing I would do is uninstall any recently installed tweaks/JB apps.
