iPhone 4 forgetting all passwords

My phone is acting crazy. It has suddenly forgotten basically all passwords or says that they are incorrect. These are the things popping up:

Voicemail password incorrect
All 4 gmail exchange accounts say "password required"
Yahoo mail no password provided
Wifi password incorrect

Maybe the last sync messed something up?

Check to see if the passwords for your account are entered.

I had that happen, I forgot what I did tho that caused it..

So I went to mail settings and put in my Yahoo password. Went back to the mail app and it immediately says "No password provided for yahoo mail".

So I put it in again, and it seems to have stuck.

Although no matter how many times I put in the password for one of my gmail exchange accounts, it says the password is incorrect. I know it is correct because I can login via a web browser just fine.

Well the google mail accounts setup with the Exchange connector might be having an issue with Captcha.
