iphone 4 freezes on incoming phone call

My iphone 4 freezes sometimes on an incoming phone call, if the phone is locked I swipe and nothing happens for about 15 seconds and I often miss the call. if the phone is not locked the answer button is not responsive. This seems to have happened since iOS5. Anyone else have this problem?
