Iphone 4 from ATT Shipping time

Just got off the phone from ATT and they said that if i come into the store now to order an Iphone 4, it will ship in 7-10 business days. WHy then does apple's site say 3 weeks? Is ATT bluffing?

not bluffing. apple owes att stock since they didn't receive their walk in stock on launch day. i ordered from the att site yesterday morning and it has already shipped. i'm getting it tomorrow.
