Iphone 4 front facing camera Brown speck/dust??

Is this dust on the front facing camera lens of my iphone 4?

Heres a pic i took of the A white wall and as you can see theres a black spec of somthing

Will i have to take the phone apart to fix this?

Has anyone managed to fix this themselves by taking the phone apart?
