I have Sprint and my iPhone 4 AND my wife's iPhone 4 having been getting stuck on message sending lately. Through wifi as well as 3G. We got our phones back in February and they are just now giving us issues. Also, on her iPhone since this has been happening, one of her friends numbers won't allow text. It brings a message up stating she needs to correct the amount of numbers used or something like that. But her friends contact has the area code and the 7 digit phone number. I have the same contact info for her and mine goes through fine when the text messages are working fine.
Picture of where the sending stops is shown below. Sometimes I may have to resend it a few times and it finally goes through. Also tried airplane mode on/off but its such a hassle.
