iPhone 4 GPU?

Does anyone know which model of GPU the iPhone 4 uses? I'm pretty sure it's a PowerVR SGX but I'd like to know exactly which model.

I understand the GPU is built into the chipset but the A4 is the CPU not GPU.

Yes it does use a PowerVR SGX family as per documentation during the iOS4 beta test

But it is all contained inside the A4 chip which handles what a separate CPU and GPU chips would do, but now done with just 1.
