iPhone 4 GSM/GSM2012 or CDMA?

i bought an iphone 4 today(8gb)
its ios 6.1.3.i tried to semi-untethered jailbreak(redsnow 0.9.15b3) today but i cant managed to do it.i think i have downloaded the wrong ipsw.after i put my device to dfu mode it stucks on 'waiting to reboot' after i put the device in the dfu mode.
so i want to know if my device is GSM/GSM 2012 or CDMA?

Does it have a slot on the side of the phone that accepts sim cards?
If it doesn't its a CDMA iphone.
If it has a sim card tray its GSM.
