iPhone 4 headphones on a budget, what do you suggest?

Looking for a good pair of headphones for around $50, although I know nothing about them.

Would like...

Black.
Able to fit in iPhone 4 with either the bumper or incase slider on.
Over the head.
Nice padding but not TOO big.
Preferably small enough to safely fit in an incase compact backpack, but not too small.

Whatcha got?

The best sounding headphones I've personally heard with my own ears, but before these i'd only ever had buds. And boy is the price right...

So I tried these on in a store today and my only big complaint was that they were super wide on the sides of my head, I kinda looked like an alien ha.

Anybody else have a pair of great headphones?
