iPhone 4 Heat - opinions?

I'm concerned as to the comfort of the iPhone 4. Otherwise I LOVE it. I understand the powerhouse the iPhone is but heat is a concern nonetheless.

How do you iphone4ers out there feel about it. I'm very interested compared to the iPhone 3G. And would a case help with hear emitting on my hands? Thanks

Mine has stayed relatively cool, I don't know if I've gotten the chance to fully task it yet but I'm happy so far

I've noticed mine heat up twice. It got pretty hot actually.

mine has gotten a little warm occasionally. but it hasnt been that bad. though it does seem a little warmer than the 3gs.

If heat is an issue then putting a case on it will only make it worse for the phone since it will be trapping the heat in even more.

I'm mainly concerned about my hands being uncomfortable. The case may make the phone hotter but it may also make it more comfortable to hold. Any opinions?
