iPhone 4 help

Hi. I recently broke the front glass on my iPhone 4. It worked for a while but then it stopped turning on. I can plug it in and the only thing that happens is that the flash for the camera comes on and stays on. I know that this is usually a sign of water damage but the water damage markers in both the headphone jack and dock connector aren't red. But what is weird is that I found moisture in the camera lens a day ago and now it's gone. When I plug it into my computer, my computer doesn't even know that there is anything there. I've tried restarting my computer and nothing. I've also tried holding the power button once it was plugged in and even tried to hold both the power and home button so see if anything would happen. I'm not quite sure what's wrong, but does anyone think I should just replace the front glass and see if that works?
