So I had the issue with the home button sticking on the iPhone..after reading many tips on how to solve this I decided to use rubbing alcohol. Well now the button works great...back to being like new again! But upon further discovery no sound is coming out of the phone now! I tried to watch a YouTube video and it is constantly saying I am on the dock connector. Because of this I can't hear anything out of my speaker and control any sound through my volume buttons on the side of the phone! Upon just having learned where the water damage indicators are located..I looked down below in the dock and happen to see the pink indicator. What happened was that it got too much alcohol in there and now it created a new problem for me! Should this eventually dry up and begin to work again? If not...will Apple replace?...it is still under the first year warranty.
