Does any one have a guide on how to replace the iPhone 4 home button?

i have striped the iphone down to where i cliped off the old non-working button, but im not so sure on how to use the replacement?

I looked at that, but unforuntley it doesnt describe the installation steps. Just how to get to the home button area. Like a strip down. Maybe a video anyone?
