iPhone 4 Home Button WTF

I swear I saw a thread somewhere on here and search but nothing came up.

Since the last update has anyone else been having problems with the iPhone 4 home button? Takes 2-5 times for the multitasking bar to pop up or close an app.

My is very intermittant in its behavior as well

I've read several complaints about it on the EIC forum. Apple was replacing them, so maybe it is HW related.

I know for me, sometimes I have no issues and then sometimes I do

Something similar happened to me for the past week with my iPad.
I called Apple last night, and to my surprise, they told me to do this:

Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset All Settings

This will not delete your data, just reset iPad settings to default configuration (themes, language, keyboards, Wallpaper, etc.). It doesn't alter your mail or calendar configuration. Just to be safe, do a backup first.

Since I did this, my Home button has been as responsive as new!
