Iphone 4 hotspot keeps cutting out

I have ios 5.1.1 I get good fast internet on it, it never drop the internet connection but whenever I set it up as a wireless hotspot and try to use internet through it the connection keeps cutting out and comming back. It's very frustrating, I noticed that if I try to use any app that requires an internet connection the internet on my computer works too but then when i stop it stops too.

Anyone have any solutions for this?
