Iphone 4. How can I directly reply to email using voice recognition for MS-Exchange?

I have Vlingo, Dragon, etc..

But I do not see a way to actually reply to an email using Voice Recognition while in the email app?

I do not want to have to go back to Vlingo or Dragon and dictate and then do a cut and paste or send a new email

I simply want to perform a reply that converts speech to text. We have MS Exchange set up.

This is a work supplied phone otherwise I might have opted for a different OS that might allow this if one even exists
