Hi there! I have a huge problem with this phone running 4.1 as i get miserable battery life. I've tried restoring to 4.1 several times to no avail. This is happening with push and all background apps off. Really frustrating to see the battery drop by 15% overnight. Any suggestions?

It is JB, using latest PwnageTool. Tried setting up as new phone - no luck. Reset network settings, nada. I actually turned Cell Data off for one night, but it stilll drained as badly. Only Installed Ultrasn0w w. MobileSubstrate and Carrier Reset Fix from Cydia. Without correct carrier settings it was as bad. Phone is activated with original Orange SIM.

Okay, so after restoring several times with no results, here's what I did yesterday.

1) Let battery drain fully and then connect to power and leave it connected!
2) Removed all unnecessary apps. Really, I kept the list to the bare minimum
3) Removed Skype and You Gotta See This!
4) Reset All Settings
5) Disabled 3G, Bluetooth, Push mail, Battery percentage
6) Enabled Cellular Data Networks and Push notifications for Kik Messenger only
7) Avoiding location services as much as possible

Now, I listened to music for 30 minutes while commuting and generally used my phone from 9AM to 5PM

Now I'm home at 8PM and battery is still at 55%! Amazing!

Here are the stats:

Usage: 2 Hours, 4 Minutes
Standby: 12 Hours, 57 Minutes

Now compare those to the original picture..
