Iphone 4 internet data faulty?

so i turn on my 3g and data, and then proceed to open up safari browser. It starts loading and gets stuck on about an 1/8. The 3G symbol then disapears from the iphone status bar. Why's this happening? Please help! (Might've been coz i left it in a dusty pocket)

What's your location?

I know the 3G service in the Devens MA area is slowing than dead chickens crossing the road. E is faster than the 3G services. 20 miles down the road the 3G service is fine
