iPhone 4 + iOS 4.1: "Unable to move message"

I am having an issue with the iPhone 4 on iOS 4.1 with my email. I have the exact same settings on my iPhone 3G running 4.1 with no issues.

Anytime I try to delete messages I get the error about being unable to move messages. I tried remaking the account, I tried changing the deleted mailbox behaviour and I tried changing the IMAP prefix. No dice.
