iPhone iPhone 4, iOS 6 battery doesn't fully charge?

I have read everywhere from here to apple.com about the battery issues on both the 4 and the 4s. But my question is this, is anyone having a problem getting a full charge? Or even a normal charging cycle? My iPhone 4, since the upgrade on Wednesday, has not only not fully charged to 100% but it charges at about 2% every hour. 2%!!!

Has anyone run into this? Has anyone come up with a solution?

I have notice the same thing on my iphone 4S the battery doesn't seem to drain as fast, but still I expect a full charge after 6-8 hours while I'm asleep.
