iPhone 4 iOS 6 contacts question...

iPhone 4 running iOS 6 - one of my contacts is grayish blue with a vector icon of a person shoulder up to the right of it. The rest of my contacts are black with no icons beside them. There is nothing special in the contact info. What does this mean?
