iPhone 4 iOS 7.1.2 randomly turning off when sim card installed

Hello, im experiencing this problem: iphone 4 running ios 7.1.2 will turn off randomly when there is sim card installed, however when there is no sim card it stays on normally. once it turns itself off it will normally power back on but then it will turn off again. help please, i tried resetting and restoring. thanks

I would go to your nearest apple store and get them to go through the diag logs on your device. An apple employee should be able to determine what's wrong.

Well that could be a little more complicated, because I live in Kosice, Slovakia and there is no apple store nearby, I already visited my apple reseller and they advised me to reset and restore, thats why im asking for help here...

Did you buy it used or new, did it work before with a SIM? It could be blacklisted.

I bought it used and unlocked it through imei, so its not blacklisted...
