On ios 6 on my iPhone 4, I never once experienced a halfass scrolling issue.

On ios 7, pulling the notification bar down sometimes it'll stop halfway.. when I unlock, the unlock screen will stop halfway as if I pull and lifted my finger, it never completes unless I drag it fully.

Anyone else see this??

It's strange having the same phone with different problems. A few days ago, I had a post on here describing how fast 7.0.2 made my iphone 4. In version 6, scrolling, mail, app store and a few more slowed the phone down.

I couldn't even review apps off the phone in the app store. Today I had 30 emails and they downloaded within 30 seconds with 4 lines to each mail. In version 6, it froze. Go figure.
