iPhone 4 Jailbreak - Touchscreen Disabled on Reboot While Charging (?)

I noticed that the touchscreen on my iPhone 4 does not register any touches when I reboot it while it is charging. It calls up the passcode lock number pad and shows only a carrier name in the upper left without the bars/wifi-3G symbols. This is a reproducible error. It disappears if I unplug the phone and then reboot it.

I have SBSettings, Backgrounder, and FakeCarrier installed through Cydia.

Might be fakecarrier. If its what I think it is, download makeitmine.

not sure if this thread is too old to reply to, but i have the same damned problemlem, but my iphone is pluged into an energizer charger case... and it's a real real pain to have to take it out of the case and hold it every time i gotta reboot, so anyone figure out another fix for this problem yet?
