I just jailbroke with the .9.9b9d Redsnow on an iPhone 4 running iOS 5.0. Cydia rebooted the phone and now I can't get it into DFU mode.

I have tried many different combinations of holding the power button, both home and power buttons and just the home button to get this thing into DFU mode.

I can get it to either stay black, with the Apple logo, or with the connect to iTunes logo. I can't get it to show me a power off slide.

Does anyone have directions on how to fix this?

keep redsnow open on the screen after you click just boot. Hold down the home button and power button to force the phone to reboot. Once it reboots, click next in redsn0w, hold down power button and follow the redsn0w process. phone should boot up w/o any issues.

It ended up being a loose USB cable. It wasn't connected to the computer.

Doh!
