iPhone 4 JB 4.1 - YouTube no longer works over 3G

Been having this problem for a while on my (untethered) 4.1 JB for my iPhone 4. I go to a video on YouTube. Its starts to load, loads maybe 1-10 seconds, and that's it. The 'data' icon never animated indicating that it's still trying to load the rest of the video.

I've uninstalled 3D Unrestrictor and turned off (and on) My3G. Anyone have a fix for this?
