iPhone 4 + jb ios5 = "charging is not supported with this accessory"

Anyone else have this problem? I can sync to my mac without issues. Download pictures via image capture. But for some reason my iPhone 4 is not charging when connected to the computer and throws this error. Any popular cydia apps create a known conflict? I couldnt find anything on google
