Is it just my iphone 4 laggy with 4 rows of icons per page? I am on ios 6.1.3, no jailbreak and I did a clean install. The animation going from an app to the home screen is a bit laggy, I tried even with low power consumption apps like "settings" and it laggs a bit at the end of the animation, with 3 rows everything is buttery smooth, so, is anybody else experiencing this?

Try a hard reset. Hold the power and home button until the apple start up logo appears. Report back it that stops the lag. This clears the ram. The iPhone 4 is a slower iPhone anyway.

It doesn't have anything to do with the RAM, even under stress with a lot of apps in the multitasking tray, the iphone 4 is perfectly smooth with 3 rows but with 4 rows... at the and of the animation it's just a split of a second laggy.

It may be a software problem them. Try a restore.
