Currently I have a Sena Ultraslim sleeve for my 3GS and I'm looking to find something similar for my iPhone 4. I know that Sena and Vaja have pretty good leather cases, but neither will have cases out for another few weeks. Does anyone know of another brand with genuine leather? I came across Saddleback Leather Co., but their case for phones seems a little bulky and not very specific to the iPhone.

I'm pretty confident that if you bought another Sena Ultraslim sleeve that it will shape itself to the iPhone 4 perfectly. I had the Sena Ultraslim sleeve for my iPhone 3G, and it fit tightly at first, then shaped itself to the device, as leather is supposed to do. Sena sold the exact same Ultraslim sleeve for all three iPhones without making any modifications, so I doubt they will now. Just a thought if you would like another Sena Ultraslim since it was never shaped to fit itself to the iPhone without breaking in first.
I do have another suggestion from experience: to me, leather flip cases are like sleeves that you can quickly access for a moment if you want to without taking your phone out, but you can take your iPhone out easily, like a sleeve. To fully use the iPhone, you have to take it out of a sleeve or a leather flip case, though I find leather flip cases to be superior to sleeves since they can be both a sleeve and a quick-access protective case.

I like the Sena Ultraslim, too. I've ordered one for the iPhone 4. Until it gets here, I guess I'll just try to push it info my old 3G Sena Ultraslim case. I don't know if it will fit, but I have speakers w docks and other things that may not fit either. It will be an adventure the first few days, I expect.
i too purchased the ultra slim.. ive had it since my 3g. i love it and i hope they do ship out a couple days earlier than the 30th, but it seems like this case will come out earlier than most other cases on the market. i got 10% + 20% off so i am considering overnight shipping because ill be sleeveless for a week

I've seen the Sena Ultraslim sleeve at the Apple Store before, so you could check there. A lot of retailers sell it, too. I'm sure you could find somewhere that will ship it Monday and you'll get it Thursday or Friday.

I too had the senacase slim, but the quality sucked. I found a place out of Australia called www.ikonicedge.com. It has real leather and a slot for cards in the back, it has the holes for mic and speaker too. I have it for 3GS, and the website says coming soon for iPhone 4. It takes a while to get, but well worth the wait...and they offer free worldwide shipping!!!

I love cases like this, I just don't want leather.
This. I do, but I love having my screen open. I cant stand having to pull it out of a sleeve so often.

My experience with Ikonic Edge has also been superior. After a year on my 3GS it still looks great. Inside lining is extremely soft so no scratches either. Highly recommended.

I also switched from Sena Ultraslim to Ikonic edge. The Ikonic edge cases are hand made from excellent quality leather. The case looks perfect even after 1 year use with my 3GS.
FYI - the new iPhone 4 WILL fit in the Sena UltraSlim case for the 3GS. Where the case was snug on the 3GS, it's a bit loose on the 4, but still useable.
