iPhone 4 LED Flashlight issue HELP

Does anyone know about any issues with LED flashlight. Mine was working a couple of days ago and then I did an update on cydia and seems to have crapped something out on it. I have downloaded and tried 5 different LED flashlight apps but none work. It does however work when taking pictures. So I know flash itself is working. Wondering if there is a fix for it.

Try to downgrade your iOS and then try that flashlight apps. If the flashlight works, means there is a problem with Cydia.
