iphone 4 lost signal... cant pick up signal again after

My iphone 4 seems to loose signal and then cant find network again.
I would have 3G network to go on the internet but it shows no bars and i cannot make a call.

anyone else have similar problems?

Pretty much everyone that owns or has ever owned an iPhone.

how do we cure this?
i have to reset my phone many times in order to get signal again...
