Hey guys ive got a problem with my iPhone 4
Basically if a make a call, the volume is fine
But if I put my phone on loudspeaker then the recipent complains that they cannot hear me.

The same goes for FaceTime conversations, they say I sound quiet?

I'm ruling out that it is a microphone problem be abuse it only happens on loudspeaker, other conversation is fine and clear?

Has this happened to anybody else? Or does anyone have any suggestions?

I went to Apple store with iPhone 4s today, was given a brand new one out of sealed box as free warranty replacement. Hardware issue is what I have been told. My brother has a 4s that was working fine until today. Advising him to take it to Apple too.

The 4 doesn't do speakerphone so well! I used to have the same issue with mine. I think it's to do with the dual mic cancelling out your voice to some extent (try covering the small mic at the top next time you're on speakerphone to test it) - As my 4 was only up to 4.3, I'm not sure if iOS5 fixed it.

I've cured it by getting a 4S - which 'just works' ...sorry.
