Sorry if this has been posted before but a quick search didn't come up with anything. My dad says his iPhone 4, running 4.1, is having problems with the "Messages" app. It started with it not letting him return to the text message after viewing a picture, the button in the top left corner disappeared. Now he says it won't let him go back to the list of contacts with messages, again the top left button is missing. He was able to get out of the picture mode by repeatedly opening and closing the app, but this does not work with the second problem.

I'm not really searching for a solution, A hard reset will probably fix it until apple gives an update, but I'm curious if anyone else has this
