iPhone 4 Metal Back Replacement? Help!

So I purchased a replacement back glass for my iPhone 4. The problem is, it came with no frame. How exactly do you replace it? Do I peel the broken glass off the frame, and then glue this on??

Yea if the back you bought doesn't came with the frame the only way to do it is to peel off the broken one and glue it on but it's very tedious . I suggest you return it and buy one that already comes with the frame.
