iPhone 4 multitasking problem

When I double tap the home button, the multitasking thing comes up but all the apps come up with a minus sign next them and some app
Icons come up darker than others. This happened for no apparent to me, but I'm no expert. My phone is 4.1 jailbroken. anyones know whats going on?? Here's some pics . Thanks.

You installed SwitcherMod from Cydia. It does this. To stop it uninstall it.
