iPhone 4 multitasking shortcut

Is there an app that let's you access the multitasking bar without pressing the home key twice? Maybe something similar to SbSettings swipe but at the bottom of the screen. I hate having to use the home key button. I think the home key is gonna have some wear and tear or hardware failure from the excessive pressing....

.... Really though, I'm getting annoyed by the double clicking of home button...
Anyone feel the same?

Any developers want to take a crack at it and develop a jailbroken app to simplify this?

I personally would never use the app, but I'm definitely interested in knowing if this is possible also.

Grab Activator from Cydia. Go to settings>activator. Choose the action you want to use to bring up the app switcher, scroll down to system actions and set it to do it.

Its called Activate Switcher, and is under the System Actions category
